Company history: In early 2018, when I was conducting a survey in the Gayo mountain area, I met green chilli farmers from the Takengon area. He took issue with their green chilies, which at that time was difficult to market. Based on this problem, my husband and I tried to find several traditional markets to help with the marketing of the green chilies. But it turns out that green chilies don't have a lot of interest compared to red chilies. What's more, green cabo has a short shelf life (quickly decays), so it is not possible to be placed in an open condition for too long. Finally, my husband and I had the idea of ​​making green chili sauce in packaging, but still, the green chili sauce will not last long if it is not placed in the refrigerator (maximum 7 days). After doing some research, finally we got input to mix the green chili sauce with sunti acid extraction, which is already dry. It turns out that the dried sunti acid has a very long lasting (up to 3 years). And after changing the formula with the addition of the sunti acid extraction, Capli - Sambal Ijo Aceh can survive without changes in taste, aroma or mold growth for up to 1 year without being placed in the refrigerator. Business Vision and Mission Vision The vision of PT. Rayeuk Aceh Utama is to become the largest chili and sauce company in Indonesia. Mission • Sales throughout Aceh Province and throughout Indonesia; • Entering modern retail (Indomaret, Alfamart, Carefour, etc.); • Cooperate with more than 100 chilli farmers in Aceh Province, and make contracts with farmers, so that prices from farmers are stable. • Assist in the development of chilli development technology in Aceh Province.
