KolKal Griya began to be sold for the elderly who needed a therapy for joint and bone health. Kolkal Griya was accidentally made. In 2014, we were having trouble finding food that contained albumin for our Grandfather and his calcification of bones. Then we got information about the benefits of the kolang kaling. Kolang kaling was rarely found except in the month of Ramadan, even if some store sold it, it contains a lot of sugar. Therefore we make it every day at home for our grandpa and some elderly neighbors who need it. It turned out that our kolang kaling was delicious and many people began to order because the taste was not too sweet like most of the kolang kaling that sold in Indonesia. We finally innovated with the flavors and regulate the legality. Until now, KolKal Griya consumed by a lot of people as healthy snacks.
